You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. All activities performed through your account are deemed authorized by you. MedMaji is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.
All business data entered into MedMaji remains your property. You grant MedMaji permission to store and process this data solely for providing and improving the Service.
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly displayed within the app or website and are subject to applicable taxes.
MedMaji strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.
MedMaji and SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
