MedMaji is a cloud-based digital software service. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions described below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in case of verified technical issues affecting core service functionality.
No refunds for change of mind or non-usage.

Non-Refundable Cases

Subscription renewals already processed.
